On occasion, opportunities will also be available to folks to volunteer for the school in an office, library, or classroom setting, so check back here throughout the school year for postings.

Discovery Classroom Volunteers

 

In order to volunteer in the school building, or be a chaperone on a field trip, parents or guardians must fill out a volunteer application every two years, and the required training is valid for 3 years. If applying for the first time, you must upload the copy of your certificate in your online application or may email your certificate to Anna Senn, the Volunteer & Partner Liaison for Discovery. Keep in mind your application will take a few days to process, so it recommended you do this well ahead of your scheduled volunteer slot!
