PUMPKINFEST 2019

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20TH

11:30 AM COSTUME PARADE

12 PM - 3 PM GAMES AND INFLATABLES OPEN

 

               WRISTBANDS


Purchase your PumpkinFest wristband online today!

  • COST - $15 each; $10 for kids under 5 (adults do not need wristbands)
  • Available for pick up before or after school this Friday or at PumpkinFest Sunday, Oct. 20th
  • Each wristband purchased includes: Unlimited access to all games and inflatables, Three (3) raffle tickets to use at the Children's Raffle, Decoration of a mini pumpkin, Participation in the Cake Walk until child wins a cake, and Prize Room access to redeem fun prizes from game-winning tickets
  • Wristbands will be on sale at PumpkinFest, but save time and order online today!

              VOLUNTEERS


  • We have many volunteer needs still open. Sign up to help with the Bake Sale, Cake Walk, Games, Costume Parade, Pumpkin Contest, Wristband Sales and Sensory Room!
  • We encourage middle and high school students to volunteer to run games
  • If we do not have enough volunteers we will be forced to eliminate some games/activities
  • Please share these volunteer opportunities with your neighbors

COSTUME PARADE

  • Parade begins promptly at 11:30 am
  • Meet on the Veranda outside the dining commons
  • Grand Marshals are Alexandra and Hannah Gomez
  • Prizes for Individual and Group Costumes of the Year
  • Volunteer to help here
 

PUMPKIN CARVING DECORATING CONTEST

  • All entries must be Pre-Carved or Pre-Decorated
  • Submissions can be dropped off at Discovery on Saturday between 1pm- 4pm and Sunday 9am-11:45am. Voting starts at 12pm.
  • Prizes for the following categories: Ultimate School Spirit Pumpkin; Best Decorated Pumpkin; Best Carved Pumpkin; Scariest Pumpkin; Best Use of Recycled Materials Pumpkin
  • Volunteer to help here
 


BAKE SALE

  • All items must be peanut and tree nut free
  • Drop off goodies at Discovery on Saturday between 1-4pm and Sunday 8:30am-11am.
  • Volunteer to make treats here
 

The Sensory Room will welcome children ages 4 and up whose caregivers can remain with them or relax in a nearby waiting area. This new activity is designed to give children, who may be overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of PumpkinFest, a place to take a sensory break. Volunteer to help here

CAKE WALK

  • One of the most popular games at PumpkinFest
  • All cakes must be peanut and tree nut free

RAFFLE

  • When you purchase a wristband you get three (3) raffle tickets
  • The raffle items are for kids
  • Prizes include gift certificates, games and toys.
